JULY 2020

Dear Students and Parents,

It's been a strange term, but I've been pleased with the response from students to 'zoom drama' - it's added a few new drama games and activities to our repertoire!  We are nearing the end of term, so we would like to thank you for your support and ask you to let us know if places need reserving for next term.

Sadly, due to coronavirus, we will not be running our usual summer show this year.  We have run these week-long shows - where children create the set, props and costume; learn dances; choose characters, create and learn the script, then perform for friends and relatives - for the last 24 years, and we love running them, so we look forward to returning in 2021.

We are opening up a page on this website for students to upload photos and short videos of themselves performing a poem or a song or dressed as a character - as we have no summer show, perhaps you'd like to say a few lines as a character of your choice?  Please be aware the website can be viewed by anyone.  Please send anything you wish to upload to my email address :

My timetable has changed slightly so I'm unable to run classes immediately after school on Tuesdays.  My apologies to those who are affected.  I am hoping to be teaching face to face in September but, should things deteriorate, we will begin term via zoom.  I will keep you up to date at the end of August.
